Menopause is a beautiful part of life that can be liberating and transformational if you let it.

Much of the stress we experience around this time is simply from the not knowing.

We don’t know how to respond

We don’t know who we are

We don’t know how we should feel

Menopause is the opportunity to welcome and embrace the new you!

We are not meant to be the same our entire lives. Just as we grow from babies to children, from children to teenagers and into adulthood, our womanhood experiences a new phase during and after menopause. So, how do we make the most of it?

Understand you have not lost yourself (or your mind!). Change can be scary, but if you know the right things to do, it can be a more intentional and liberating experience.

We have to reset our bodies.

There is waste and poison contributing to the amplification of our symptoms leaving us feeling out of balance.

I take my clients through the education of how to feed their bodies to reduce the symptoms often associated with menopause. We do exercises that explore the mind and give you a space to use your voice and be heard.
